eventmesh-sdk-c make error for fail to make libcurl.a

How to reproduce

git clone git@github.com:apache/eventmesh.git
cd eventmesh
git submodule init
git submodule update
cd eventmesh-sdks/eventmesh-sdk-c && make

Debug logs

No response
