Search before asking

  • I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.

Motivation

For any command in kvrocks, if there is no corresponding command in Redis, we should make a web page for it's documentation, including it's syntax, function, return value and notes.
It's not enough that just leave a sentence in the Supported Commands page.
