u-audio proposed->draft bc 2+ publishers and 1 consuming impls/sites #6

u-audio proposed->draft because there are now 4 (meeting the bar of 2+) publishing sites, and a site (and implementation) consuming u-audio (p3k, for deliberate and re-hosting and meaningful republishing purposes). cc: @aaronpk

WordPress Post Kinds users are publishing audio, including myself.

granary consumes and emits u-audio when converting between mf2 and AS1/2, Atom, and JSON feed.

This property does need a short definition. Assume this matches the u-photo definition, u-audio would be defined as one or more audio files that are considered the primary content of the entry.
