In the AC meeting breakout session intro it was mentioned that we intend to publish the vision as a Statement, but that does not mean it will be done. We intend to evolve and adapt this document even after we manage to transition from Note to Statement.
This should be more explicit in the document. Currently the status text is a bit unclear about whether the document will continue to evolve after publication as a W3C statement. Perhaps just swapping the last two sentences of the status would be sufficient?
“The intent is for this document to eventually become a W3C Statement. It will continue to evolve, and the AB will issue updates as often as needed.”
