These are the must-watch groups for the first two rounds at the 2024 U.S. Open

On Tuesday, the tee times for the first two rounds of the 2024 U.S. Open at Pinehurst No. 2 were announced, and there are no shortage of featured groups for the first two days.

That adds to the excitement level, as the U.S. Open returns to Pinehurst for the first time in 10 years.

The opening two rounds feature a grouping of the top three players in the world, including the first two major champions of the year, some young bombers and past major champions.

The defending champion along with the U.S. Amateur winner and reigning British Open champion is a great group to follow.

All three are Masters champions, but Rahm and Spieth also have U.S. Open titles to their name. Although none are in great form coming in, they know how to win on the major stage.

Bryson DeChambeau has had close calls at each of the first two majors this year. Hovland and Homa are in search of their first majors. All three are fan favorites and will be heavily followed.
