Eskridge (ribs) has been an active participant at the Seahawks' OTAs, Tim Weaver of Seahawks Wire reports. Eskridge ended the 2023 campaign on injured reserve with a ribs injury, but he now appears to be fully healthy at OTAs. The 27-year-old re-signed with Seattle in March after failing to record a reception over 16 offensive snaps in four games last season. The wide receiver has operated primarily as a return-specialist over the last two years, a role that he'll likely remain in with the Seahawks in 2024.

Taking part in OTAs

Rejoins Seattle
![Team logo](https://cdn.statically.io/img/heavy.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/seattle-seahawks-logo.png?w=150)
Eskridge (ribs) signed a one-year, $1.055 million contract with the Seahawks on Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. The 2021 second-round pick has been a massive disappointment given the draft capital invested, but Eskridge has proven to be a decent returner, registering 370 kick return yards over the past two years. The third-year wide receiver has yet to play a full season and most recently missed time last campaign due to a ribs injury that kept him out the final six contests.
Won't play again Week 10
![Team logo](https://cdn.statically.io/img/heavy.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/seattle-seahawks-logo.png?w=150)
Eskridge will sit out after he failed to log an offensive snap in last week's loss to the Ravens. The 2021 second-round pick has appeared in two games since serving a six-game suspension to begin the season, but he's yet to log a target this season. In his absence, Dareke Young and Jake Bobo will serve as Seattle's fourth and fifth wideouts behind starters DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett and Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
Uneventful debut

Eskridge returned from his six-game suspension and shook off a knee injury to make his season debut Sunday. The 2021 second-round pick only played three offensive snaps. With Jake Bobo's emergence as the No. 4 receiver, Eskridge isn't expected to have much of an offensive impact this season.
