With the heartbreaking loss of Mr. Saurabh Laddha, conversations surrounding work culture in India have been reignited. It's a common lament that startups often harbor overwhelming workloads and foster a "toxic" environment. Yet, amidst this, there exists a beacon of hope in Clarity a startup that treats its employees as cherished members of a family. Allow me to illustrate this profound sentiment through some examples: 1) Upon joining Clarity, the Co-Founders took all the recruits on a scenic drive in their BMW and Mercedes resp. imparting invaluable life wisdom along the way. 2)Even before our(new recruits) relocation to Jhansi, the founders ensured comfort by arranging accommodation (check out the view! ), meals, water, and furnishings in the city's most esteemed residential area, affording us breathtaking views at minimal cost. ️ 3)The founders break bread with their employees for lunch and tea every day, even ensuring everyone's favorite coffee is stocked! ☕ ️ 4)Remarkably, the founders possess an intimate knowledge of each employee, from their favorite bikes to their personal life challenges. 5)At the CEO's wedding, the entire Clarity team danced the night away with the founders, capturing a beautiful moment of unity and solidarity (see attached image!) 6)Monthly gatherings are marked by the co-founders personal touch, such as impromptu guitar performances to uplift spirits and enhance the atmosphere(see attached image!) 7)During a bout of illness, I was deeply touched when our co-founder expressed genuine concern for my well-being, surpassing the care of even my closest friends. 🫂 8)Instead of ridicule, the founders exhibit boundless patience and understanding when addressing employees' mistakes, fostering a culture of growth and support. Notably, work-life balance is a priority at Clarity. Not a single day passes where employees are pressured to work beyond office hours. ⏰ ️ This nurturing environment is often unseen in the corporate world, but at Clarity, we feel valued and appreciated. This love and appreciation instill in each of us a fervent dedication to the company's mission, not solely due to monetary compensation, but because we are rewarded with the cherished values intrinsic to our Indian heritage.
