The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalisation team at Cloud Odyssey executed a remarkable implementation for a prominent jewellery brand in India. Implemented various pop-ups like most sold vs. new launches etc, and compare the sales using A/B testing to determine effectiveness, and enable the optimal pop-ups based on sales data. Additionally, we introduced several FOMO pop-ups: 1. Customer will get a popup, how many have recently purchased the same product, aiming to encourage them to make a purchase. 2. Custom pop-ups tailored to their budget range and browsing history. 3. Product recommendations via email based on search keywords. 4. Automated emails for abandoned carts and notifications for price reductions on items in the cart. 5. 👚Imagine visiting an apparel store. 🤸Traditionally, the customer would try out some items and may or may not purchase it. There was no means to track how the customer discovered the store, what were their preferences while looking for products, what worked or went wrong during the trial, and whether the customer is likely to visit the store again. But now, with RFID tagged apparels and other items, customer preferences can be tracked. 🌞For example, retailers can get data about which items have been tried the most, which are sold or unsold with or without trial, etc. 🦸‍♂️A complete persona of the customer can be created and analysed with the help of item-level RFID tags at retail stores. Basically, it helps retailers capture touch-points at their offline brick-n-mortar stores just as it is done on online shopping or ecommerce platforms. https://lnkd.in/g2bSgRYW
