GOATson and Le1tch!

I started listening to G&L when my original favorite two-guys-talkin’-about-movies podcast went off the air. I appreciate that they are thorough in their discussions and allow each other long periods of uninterrupted time to render their analysis. If you are tired of YouTube critics who think endless plot summary is the same thing as a review, this podcast is for you. I would like them to review 2005’s “The World’s Fastest Indian,” which solidified my weakness for movies about adorable old people doing young-people things when I was in high school. It features what I believe to be an all-time great performance from Anthony Hopkins, and I’m curious to see if anything else about it holds up in the four eyes of these two discerning viewers.

It’s Such a Beautiful Day w/ Grierson and Leitch

It’s such a beautiful day for a reboot! Been listening to and reading G&L material for ov15 years now. Love the podcast and am thankful for their discourse as a sort of guiding light into movies. I particularly love seeking out movies selected for Dorkfest. As a reboot request I’d love to hear your discussion about It’s Such a Beautiful Day. The few times Will has spoke about this movie, I was moved to see the flick and, well, it might be my favorite. It’s definitely a movie that makes me see the world in a different hue for days after watching. The movie is currently touring North America right now and can’t wait to see Bill on the big screen this summer. Be well and sending lots of love. - Russ

Much appreciated analysis and TAKE SHELTER

You two are just so fun and smart and steer my film-viewing choices expertly—thank you. I would love for you guys to review TAKE SHELTER, as it’s one of my favorite films, and you requested that someone request it. (Apologies for just emailing/“yelling” the request previously.)
