We can not thank you enough. From every staff member I dealt with you were very courtesy, professional and very nice. The service was excellent from the person that set a person to come out and do a diagnostic test, from the sales person and the service crew to the final person to come out and inspect to make sure every thing was done to specs. Thank you for putting down a tarp so the carpet would not get dirty. You guys rock!!!! We are pleased and will highly recommend your company.

Absolute best AC company in the NY . I am tired of getting raked over the coals by plumbers, HVAC, and Electricians. This company is reasonable, friendly and honest. I have honestly never been so impressed by a mechanical company. Service is on point, pricing is more than fair! I had a time delay go out and they gave me the option to replace or circumvent the issue. I was then able to make an educated decision..

Had my furnace replace and had been without air for four (4) days. My Technician was able to handle my initial request via phone. Later he came by to check the equipment and showed me that originally the builder had the "air duct hosing" installed wrong, and with my new system being installed the house should be much cooler. The installers were professional, came in did the work, clean up any mess. I signed off and they were on their way. A couple days later my technician came by to inspect the work that had been done and if it has been done right the first time. I'm very thankful to "KOKA TECH HVAC" for all the follow-up he did and making sure my system was installed as agreed..

We recently bought a 3-bedroom home and, when we occupied the house, we found that the central air was inoperative. The technician came out the day I called and checked the system. He found that the previous occupants had burned up the inside & outside units so we had to install a new system. On the day of the scheduled installation, their crew was prompt, polite, and quickly installed the equipment. Their field manager arrived and inspected it and said it was ready to start. I am very glad that someone inspected the installation. This said to me that they care about the home owners and the work they do..

I just want to write a review and let you know how pleased we are with your company  KOKA TECH HVAC. The technician arrived at our home on time, introduced himself and I explained to him what was going on with our air conditioner. He ran a couple of test and then told us what he believed the issue was. The technician resolved the issue quickly and the cost was reasonable. We will definitely be calling again if we have any issues with our air conditioner or furnace. I will keep this phone number saved in my favorites on my iphone!!!.
