My time as the Executive Director of Jobs for Lebanon has come to an end. Today, after dedicating 3.5 years to this remarkable organization, I am passing the torch onto Roy Baladi, as I pursue new endeavors. Jobs for Lebanon was founded with the vision to become the go-to platform for every Lebanese talent looking for economic opportunities. The team worked tirelessly to create an alternative source of income for the Lebanese people. As a result we created hope, we made an impact, we empowered the workforce, and we weaved an ecosystem that continues to connect millions of Lebanese across the globe. For that I leave with an undeniable sense of achievement. To date we have had: ✅ 20,000+ candidates ✅ 6,000 job openings ✅ 1,200 secured opportunities ✅ 100+ key partnerships ✅ 5 grants ✅ 80+ JFL volunteers and supporters ✅ Employability and mentorship programs ✅ Outsource to Lebanon initiative And so much more! On a personal level, I have made lifelong friendships, I have grown drastically, I have found my calling. I am deeply grateful for every single JFL member, every employer, every candidate, every donor and every partner who believed in us, supported us and allowed us thrive and get this far. While this journey hasn't been without its challenges, I have no doubt that under this new leadership, Jobs for Lebanon will thrive and reach even greater heights. I'm excited for what the future holds for both myself and the organization, and I look forward to watching it grow. Thank you all for being a part of this incredible journey.
