I saw this film in a festival midway through last year and I LOVED IT. It was one of my favourites of last year. However, this was before I knew what generative AI was.

Generative AI in the art world has absolutely taken our community by storm in the last six months - to its absolute detriment.

As an artist myself, I am terrified that people, including the creators of this film, would simply plug keywords into a generator that skims the work of real artists instead of PAYING A REAL PERSON for their interstituals.

So, fuck you. Generative AI isn't welcome in our community. Cut this shit off at the vine.
