Since 1989 MacMedics has provided Apple Mac computer on-site service and consulting to the Baltimore-Annapolis-Columbia, Washington Metro, Northern Virginia, and Philadelphia areas. MacMedics also has two Apple-only retail stores in Maryland, located in Severna Park and Lanham. As an Authorized Apple Reseller, we offer everything (except iPhone) at the same price as the Apple Store.

As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, MacMedics can repair and provide service for ALL Apple products in usually 48 hours or less (most iPhone and AirPod repairs are same-day). MacMedics honors the Apple Limited Warranty and AppleCare for all Apple devices, and we also provide services for vintage and obsolete Apple computers. We also offer data recovery. MacMedics stores in Severna Park and Lanham, Maryland, are open for Apple Mac, iPhone, & iPad sales and service. When visiting MacMedics, please ensure that “Find my iPhone/Mac” is switched off and ALL of your data is safely backed up! No backup? If your Mac or iPhone is operational, we’ll back it up for free. For Macs: To your hard drive, or you can purchase a Time Machine drive from us. On iPhone/iPad: We’ll help you buy additional iCloud storage if you don’t have enough.
MacMedics Severna Park is open Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00. MacMedics Lanham is open Monday – Thursday 8:30-2:30 and closed on Fridays.
