William Roth, John Fowler and Peter Albanese, in their notices of claim for damages, allege they’ve experienced a hostile work environment and harassment by the two firefighters, Steve Marshalleck and Makari Sampson. Marshalleck and Sampson are also suing the township, claiming racial discrimination.
