Tennessee judge rules Covenant shooter's manifesto will not be officially released because of copyright law (for real) 🤨

The efforts being made by lefties to hide the Nashville tranifesto are so extreme.

The Tennessee Star, which leaked a portion of of the manifesto of the terrorist who killed six Christians in Nashville in May 2023, reports a local judge just ruled that none of the shooters writings will be officially released.

The coverup continues.

Tennessee Chancery Court Judge I'Ashea L. Myles ruled in a decision released at 11:58 pm on Thursday that none of the writings left by Covenant School killer [Redacted] shall be released to the multiple parties who sued Metro Nashville to secure their release, citing the copyright claims of the parents she earlier allowed to intervene in the lawsuit.

Myles ruled in favor of the defendants and intervenors in the case, refusing to release the documents to a collection of media organizations and individuals.

Yeah, so this copyright ruling is wild.

The parents of the shooter begged the city to hide the writings. Then they claimed that the writings were automatically copyrighted when they were created. Yes, the mad ramblings of a mentally ill young lady were copyrighted. Then the parents of the shooter gave the copyright to the parents of Covenant school.

And, it's important to note that the ringleader of "Covenant Parents" is none other than the Southern Baptist Convention's (SBC) Ethics and Religious Liberty Council (ERLC) President Brent Leatherwood.

Here's what the president of the ERLC said previously about the manifesto after the shooter's parents gave the copyright to Covenant parents.

Brent Leatherwood, a Covenant parent of three, said the families have asked their attorneys to leave no stone unturned as they fight to keep the records out of the public eye.

'We as Covenant parents and families are resolute in our commitment to one, protect our children and families including those who were killed and all those who survived. Two, to protect our beloved school moving forward, and three, do our utmost to shield any future communities from having to endure this nightmare,' Leatherwood said at a press conference last week.

I guess that by hiding the truth of the anti-Christian and anti-white motive of the trans shooter, Leatherwood believes he can protect the community?

(Hiding the truth is what Jesus would do, right?)

Apparently copyright law, in this judge's eyes, overrules the public's right to know and the Tennessee Public Records Act.

Thankfully, a large portion of the manifesto has been leaked.
