What is NYCWFF?

The Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival (NYCWFF) presented by Invesco QQQ is NYC's premier wine and food festival. The four-day annual Festival showcases the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs, culinary personalities and America’s most beloved television chefs while supporting New York City metropolitan area's only provider of life-sustaining meals and nutrition counseling for New Yorkers living with severe illness, God’s Love We Deliver.

Who is NYCWFF’s charitable partner?

We’re honored to partner with the New York City metropolitan area’s only provider of medically tailored meals and nutrition counseling for people living with severe illness, God’s Love We Deliver. 100% of the Festival's net proceeds support God’s Love We Deliver to help them feed and nourish ailing New Yorkers. Where does NYCWFF take place?

NYCWFF consists of over 80 different events throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. The  2024 Festival is Brooklyn Bound! NYCWFF's signature Pier Parties and Grand Tasting will take place in one central location, at the Invesco QQQ Campus at Brooklyn Army Terminal.

Does the Festival have a bag policy?

Yes, the Festival has a bag policy for all events taking place at the Invesco QQQ Campus at Brooklyn Army Terminal.  Please review our policy to ensure you do not get turned away at the door.

Is there a dress code?

As a general guideline, we suggest “smart casual” attire for our daytime events. For our evening events and dinner series we suggest cocktail attire, though “smart casual” is also acceptable. We encourage you to wear comfortable shoes when attending our larger, walk-around tasting events. Please refer to the event page for specific details.

Are NYCWFF tickets tax deductible?

NYCWFF tickets are priced at fair market value and therefore are not tax deductible.

What happens in the case of bad weather?

While the majority of our events are held indoors, the outdoor events at the Invesco QQQ Campus at Brooklyn Army Terminal will feature large scale tent structure, so that we can celebrate in rain or shine. All tickets are non-refundable.

What items are prohibited from the events?

Security will check all bags at the entrance of all events. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: outside food and beverages, drugs, weapons, backpacks, large bags and suitcases.

Is NYCWFF ADA accessible?

Yes, all event venues are ADA accessible unless otherwise noted on the individual event pages. To request materials in accessible format, sign language interpreters, and/or any disability accommodation, please contact [email protected] at least five days in advance to initiate your request.

Is NYCWFF able to accommodate my dietary restrictions?

We cannot guarantee that participating chefs and restaurants will prepare dishes without common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Additionally, not all events will have vegetarian options available. It’s important to always ask the chef whether or not certain allergens or food items are in the dishes you are going to consume, as well as consulting the tabletop menus.

Are animals permitted at the Festival?

NO PETS ALLOWED. ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS PERMITTED. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. For more information, please refer to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Brooklyn Expansion

Where is the Festival moving in Brooklyn?

The 2024 Festival is expanding the Festival from Manhattan to the dynamic borough of Brooklyn, with our signature Pier Parties and Grand Tasting now hosted at the Invesco QQQ Campus at Brooklyn Army Terminal. This expansion allows us to embrace the energy and diversity of this culinary community while preserving the essence of the NYCWFF we know and love. How do I get to the Invesco QQQ Campus at Brooklyn Army Terminal?

Situated on the waterfront, the Invesco QQQ Campus at Brooklyn Army Terminal is easily accessible—by train, bus, car and NYC Ferry—from Manhattan and the other boroughs, major highways and metro-area airports.

NYCWFF has  partnered with NYC Ferry to provide dedicated ferry service to and from the Festival. The dedicated NYCWFF Ferry powered by Invesco QQQ  departs on-going during Festival hours between Wall St./Pier 11 and Brooklyn Army Terminal/ Pier 4. Tickets & Events

When will tickets go on sale?

The NYCWFF ticket Presale begins on Wedndesday, July 10, 2024 9AM ET. General ticket sales begin Monday, July 15, 2024 9AM ET.

How much are tickets to NYCWFF?

Our tickets range from $95-$400 and ticket prices vary depending on the type of event you choose to attend. We also offer several different ticket packages, each including a unique selection of events. More information about ticket packages can be found here.

The Festival now offers a payment plan option to allow you to pay for your tickets over time. Select the "monthly installment payment plan" option at checkout. Payment plans are available only for a limited time.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Tickets can only be purchased at the door for events located at the Invesco QQQ Campus at Brooklyn Army Terminal. Events do sell out quickly, so we encourage you to purchase your tickets online early.

Are there wait lists for sold-out events?

Unfortunately, we are unable to create a waitlist for any of our events.

What is NYCWFF’s refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Tickets are transferable, the name of the ticket does not have to match the name of the ticket holder.

Are food and drink included in the price of the ticket?

Yes! Your ticket covers all food and beverage consumed at the event. Just bring your appetite and enjoy.

Can I bring my child?

The full list of family-friendly events can be found here. Most NYCWFF events require that guests are 21 or older, unless otherwise stated on the event page.

Where do I exchange my ticket for a wristband?

Tickets are scanned and taken at the door in exchange for a wristband. If you are unsure about which line you should go through, please ask one of our volunteers.

Can I get in with a mobile ticket?

Yes! Guests can enter a Festival event using a mobile based ticket. Accessing your mobile ticket is simple by downloading the SquadUp App or visiting www.squadup.com and login with your SquadUp ticket account email address and password.

Do you offer a discount for veterans or first responders?

We do! NYCWFF is pleased to partner with GovX to provide discounted tickets on select events to all veterans and first responders. Sign in with your GovX account to access the special offer.

Which airport should I fly into for the Festival?

Public transportation to the city is available to and from JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airports. We suggest picking the airport that is most convenient for you.

How do I volunteer at NYCWFF?

NYCWFF is always looking for volunteers to assist in setting up, checking in guests, giving directions, ticketing and other event support tasks.
