Travis Kelce doesn’t hide his feelings about Super Bowl ring typo: ‘F–k it’

Travis Kelce likes his Super Bowl bling with a typo.

The Chiefs’ latest Super Bowl ring listed the Miami Dolphins as a No. 7 seed in the NFL playoffs despite them actually being the sixth seed.

“Are they going to fix it?” Jason Kelce asked his brother on their latest episode of “New Heights” that came out on Wednesday.

“I don’t give a s–t,” Travis responded. “I like that we didn’t give a f–k about what seed Miami was. F–k it. Who cares? They could’ve done no seeds on the side of them, and I would’ve been fine. I think it makes it more unique.”

The rings, which cost roughly $40,000 each and is filled with diamonds and rubies, were speculated to have had a typo when the design was first released on social media.

Fans paid close attention to the inside of the ring, and Pro Football Talk reported that at least one of the rings has that typo, meaning it is likely that all of the rings have it.

The Kelce brothers’ discussion all but confirms the gaffe, although ring manufacturer Jostens, as well as the team itself, has not commented.

Chiefs CEO and Chairman Clark Hunt teased a surprise for this year’s ring, but this was not likely what he had in mind.

“You can think about some of the cool things that happened this year and they’ll be incorporated one way or another,” Hunt said. “And like last year’s ring, it’s got some really neat surprises. And I can’t wait to see the expression on the players’ faces when they open the boxes.”

Kansas City — the three seed and AFC West champions — came into the wild-card matchup with Miami as 4.5-point favorites and utterly dominated the Tua Tagovailoa-led group 26-7 on a bitterly cold night in Kansas City.

The Chiefs then rolled off wins over the Bills, Ravens and 49ers to capture their third Super Bowl championship in the past five years.
