Social media perv posed as female dance teacher to get young girls to send explicit videos: cops

A Long Island sicko posed as a female dance instructor – using the Instagram handle @baddiedancehouse – to chat with underage girls and trick them into sending him explicit videos, cops said. 

Taner Ocal, 22, was busted at his Lindenhurst home Wednesday afternoon soon after two 10-year-old girls from Texas informed Fort Worth Police about their disturbing text and social media exchanges with the perv throughout May and June, according to authorities.

Suffolk County Police executed a search warrant at Ocal’s North Indiana Avenue home – finding child pornography on his cellphone as well as text messages with several underage girls, police said.

Investigators found that Ocal had used his phony social media persona to offer to help the girls with their dancing abilities in exchange for the inappropriate videos, cops said.

He was charged with possessing a sexual performance of a child, a class E Felony, and promoting a sexual performance of a Child, a class D felony, authorities said.

Ocal was scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Thursday.

Detectives are looking into whether Ocal was speaking to underage girls in other areas besides Texas.
