Travis Kelce’s 2024 Super Bowl suite tab for Taylor Swift and their families didn’t come cheap.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end suggested a hefty price tag for the private box seats in a conversation with the San Francisco 49ers’ George Kittle in an episode of Netflix’s “Receiver” that debuted on Wednesday.
“They’re f–king three million dollars,” Kelce said.
Kittle apparently decided that number was too big to pull the trigger.
“It’s just like, ‘You guys are gonna be fine,’” Kittle said of his family.
In the days leading up to the big game, Kelce joked on his “New Heights” podcast that he is “counting how much money I’m spending on this damn Super Bowl for family and friends to come” and “just making sure I’m on top of those finances and losing all this money.”
TMZ reported at the time that the 34-year-old would be taking care of the bill for his supporters’ suite at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
Kelce purchased the suite last-minute after his mother, Donna Kelce, floated the possibility of sitting in the stands on the “Today” show on the Wednesday before the Super Bowl.
“Well, you can understand that the boxes in Vegas are multi-million dollars, so I have a feeling I’m not in a box,” she said. “I have a feeling I am in the stands. … As far as I know, I’m in the stands with everyone else because it is a pricey Super Bowl.”
While Kelce splurged on the expensive suite, one player was able to get a bargain on one, according to the pair of tight ends.
Christian McCaffrey, Kittle said, got a “nice deal” on a suite for his now-wife Olivia Culpo and their loved ones.
Kelce’s costly setup wasn’t short on star talent, though.
Swift and Donna were joined by a long list of A-list stars, including Travis’ brother, Jason Kelce, Blake Lively, Ice Spice, Keleigh Teller, who is married to actor Miles Teller, model Cara Delevingne and Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany.
