Netflix’s ‘Receiver’ shows Claire Kittle storming out after Super Bowl: ‘Not watching this s–t’

Claire Kittle wanted nothing to do with Super Bowl 2024 after the Chiefs won.

The Netflix docuseries “Receiver” captured her stone-cold reaction the moment her husband, George, and the 49ers lost to Kansas City in the Super Bowl on Feb. 11.

The scene showed Claire leaving her seat immediately, seemingly fuming with negative emotions.

“Ok I’m leaving, I’m not watching this,” she said. “Alright, I gotta go. I’m not watching this s–t. I’m walking.”

The Chiefs shattered the 49ers’ dreams of hoisting the trophy for the first time since 1994 in the final seconds of overtime.

With three seconds left in the period, Mecole Hardman Jr. sent shockwaves through Allegiant Stadium as he ran through for the game-winning touchdown.

Similar to Claire, Kittle was also spotted with a look of despair after seeing Hardman Jr. dance into the end zone.

Aside from Claire’s reaction, the docuseries also highlighted another aspect of Super Bowl 2024.

That is how much Kittle and Travis Kelce sacrificed to get their families out to Las Vegas so they could attend the game.

Kelce dropped an exorbitant $3 million so his singer-songwriter girlfriend — Taylor Swift — could watch from a suite.

Kittle did not go to that measure, joking about his family and their respective seats.

“It’s just like, ‘You guys are gonna be fine,'” he said.

Before proposing to Claire in 2018, the two met at the University of Iowa in 2012.

They married in 2019 before having a larger ceremony with more friends and family at their Nashville home two years later.

Since then, though, Kittle hasn’t been able to bring back a Super Bowl to his team and wife.

Instead, they’ve been left with the bitter taste of falling just short.
