All references to odd numbers in the ONBET rules shall include the plural and vice versa. All references to “the” shall include “a/an” and vice versa.
 
The account holder must read this agreement carefully and completely before accepting our services. This agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between the account holder and ONBET (hereinafter referred to as “ONBET”). Inc. is the abbreviation of www.ONBET.com and the ONBET mobile application (hereinafter defined as “website” or “website”).
 
When the account holder clicks the “Register” or “Complete Registration” button during the registration process and uses the software specified below, it means that he/she fully agrees to the rules and terms listed in the agreement, the privacy protection rules, other rules related to Gambling and the website which are always updated regularly. Any violation of this agreement will result in the following consequences (revocation of membership, account closure, confiscation of funds or other related legal procedures).
 
 

Definition of terms

 
1. “ONBET Account” means an account held by the account holder for the purpose of conducting bona fide transactions. The strict purpose is to establish a normal business relationship with ONBET and the main purpose is to conduct betting and other related transactions.
 
2. “Device” refers to all application devices, including all devices used to access online services, including but not limited to computers, laptops, mobile phones, personal electronic devices, PDA phones, etc.
 
3. “Game” means the online entertainment system provided by this website.
 
4. “Software” refers to all computer programs and data files installed on the device, which can access the website and participate in the service via the Internet.
 
5. “Sports Betting” means “sports”, “casino”, “poker” or other online entertainment and related services provided by this website.
 
6. “Information” refers to the information provided on this website, including but not limited to match results, statistical data, sports data, odds, etc.
 
7. “Website” is the internet gateway accessible through the internet address www.ONBET.com where all current and relevant information regarding ONBET’s operations is published, and through which the Services are provided to the Account Holders.
 
8. “Services” means the games and betting market parameters provided by ONBET to account holders through the website.
 
9. “Card” means various types of cards that have “payment”, “charge”, “debit”, “credit”, “virtual currency” and/or similar functions.
 
10. “Payment Solution Provider” is an intermediary that acts as a payment agent for various payment methods.

12. “Financial Institutions” means banks and/or other organizations subject to domestic financial services laws or similar laws.
 
13. “Client Application” means the web browser application opened by the account holder to use the service.
 
14. “Software” refers to all software used by ONBET to provide market parameters and/or operational services and/or operate client applications.
 
15. “Bonus” means the amount of money, bonus or reward that the account holder may win.
 
16. “Inactive Account” is an ONBET account that has no record of login and/or logout for more than 6 consecutive months.
 
 

License / Intellectual Property

 
The coding structure and organization of the software are copyrighted, trade secret, intellectual property and other rights of ONBET. Account holders or visitors may not:
Forward and/or transmit online media services and video projections to any other person through this website, or publish relevant information on any electronic communication website or service website accessible to third parties.
Copy, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or translate the software or attempt to derive the source code in order to create derivative works.
 
Sell, distribute, sublicense, transfer, assign or lease the software.
 
Providing software to third parties via the Internet or other means.
 
Export the software to any country by electronic transmission or other means without the written permission of ONBET.
Use the software for any illegal purpose.
 
Any loss, expense or commission incurred due to illegal use shall be borne by the perpetrator.
 
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, images, graphics, text, concepts or methods (collectively, “intellectual property rights”) in the website, the client application and the materials therein belong to ONBET and/or ONBET’s suppliers, partners. The account holder or any visitor to the website has no right to develop or use any intellectual property for any purpose, except as permitted by law.
 

Safety Fund

 
ONBET registered members’ funds and company funds will be deposited separately into customer accounts of financial institutions approved by the regulatory authority. ONBET will take measures to ensure that customer funds are not directly linked to any company funds. Customer funds will be fully protected in various ways.
ONBET reserves the right to adjust any aspect of its business to comply with other judicial regulations at any time.
 
 

Account Owner Registration, Access and Security

 
1. ONBET acknowledges the customer’s personal rights (non-transferable and non-exclusive) in using the ONBET website software, using the device to obtain website information and participating in online games.
 
2. ONBET website software is not suitable for the following people:
Subjects under 21 years of age.
Under the legal age in their jurisdiction.
According to local judicial regulations, accessing our website is illegal and/or ONBET cannot determine whether the customer’s behavior is legal or not within the local judicial area.
 
a) Government office employees, including elected and appointed officials and permanent or temporary employees, whether professional or non-professional, salaried or unpaid;
b) Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Navy, Air Force or Philippine National Police;
c) Persons under 21 years of age or students of schools, colleges or universities in the Philippines;
d) PAGCOR officials and employees;
e) Game site operators and staff;
f) Unregistered player;g) prohibit individuals;
h) Spouses, cohabitants, children, parents of officials and employees referred to under (a), (b) and (d)i) Player is currently residing outside the Philippines;
ONBET employees and relatives of ONBET employees (“relatives” means spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling), or any former employee who is related to ONBET or a relative of a former employee within 6 months of leaving the employment (including anything related to ONBET).
 
3. In order to prevent people under the legal age from using our services, ONBET reserves the right to request customers to provide proof of age at any time. If the account holder does not meet the age standard or we suspect that they are below our age standard, we reserve the right to suspend/short-term/cancel the ONBET account to prevent unauthorized people from using our services.
 
4. Unless the person is the account holder, otherwise will not be allowed to participate in the game for profit. Must register as a player, individuals must submit an application, and must fully understand and comply with the following terms:
The account holder is not an individual whose capacity is restricted by law;
The legal conduct of the account holder can only represent himself personally and cannot represent another person or company;
 
The account holder may understand that participation in the ONBET service is completely voluntary;
 
Account holders who are inexperienced or diagnosed with compulsive gambling disorder, and are not registered as players, will self-exclude according to guidelines established by the regulatory authority;
 
The Account Holder fully agrees that certain personal information (including specific information on payment methods) must be provided to ONBET for confirmation when using ONBET’s services and that the information provided will be managed and controlled in accordance with the privacy policy;
 
The account holder shall be responsible for all relevant taxes and fees arising from gaming revenue;
 
The account holder may only use this website for personal purposes. He/she may only place bets for personal entertainment;

The account holder agrees and may bear the risk of damage caused by using this service and ONBET is not responsible for any risk of damage;
Deposits of all account holders are not illegal or criminal proceeds;
Account holders shall not use their ONBET account to engage in any illegal activities or allow others to use their account to engage in activities that violate local and ONBET regulations;
The account holder must keep the account login information including the password correct and must not allow others to use it. If the password is forgotten or lost, ONBET customer service will assist in setting up new security information after a thorough authentication process;
The account holder is responsible for ensuring the security of your account and login information. Any online gambling conducted using the account holder’s username and password will be considered valid;
When using ONBET’s services, websites, equipment, software or related information, the account holder or visitor shall not prevent other members from enjoying the services provided by ONBET;
Stealing other members’ related information is strictly prohibited;
It is strictly forbidden to upload or publish any program, file or data containing viruses that affect the performance of our website equipment, software, services, etc.;
Account holders may not attempt to modify, decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble our software in any way;
The account holder shall not use any device, automated device, software, program or other method (similar to the above) to interfere or attempt to interfere with the services, devices, software, URLs, information or any transactions provided on this website, use artificial intelligence including without limitation plug-in systems, connection to the server is strictly prohibited. Players must perform customer service operations through our program interface;
Account holders shall not post any unlawful information such as harassment, insult, defamation, threats, obscenity, incitement to racism, or any conduct that constitutes or encourages criminal conduct on our website, equipment and to other users, or related unlawful information that causes civil liability;
Account holders are not allowed to initiate or participate in activities such as surveys, Q&A, group mailings/chain mailings, email sales, etc. against ONBET;
Account holders are not allowed to have multiple accounts at the same time. If ONBET finds that a customer has multiple accounts, the company has the right to cancel the account and place bets. The company has the right to cancel or close duplicate accounts. The company has the right to limit the customer to only keep one of the accounts;
The Account Holder shall not be a professional player in any sport, competition or tournament offered by ONBET;
Account holders are not authorized to deposit or withdraw funds in jurisdictions where betting and gaming are prohibited;
The Account Holder shall not employ or work to create individuals who are used to destroy or may destroy client applications and/or software systems (including machines, robots, computers, software or any other automated systems);
The Account Holder does not have active accounts with other entities that are in the same group as ONBET, i.e. other entities that are directly or indirectly controlled by Inc;
The account holder will consider this website or service to be offensive, offensive, unfair or indecent; but still need to maintain and update the details of his ONBET account: name, valid email address, telephone number and any important information requested by ONBET;
The Account Holder shall not permit any other individual, including minors, to use or reuse the ONBET account created by them, access and/or use any materials or information on this website, accept any winnings or access and/or participate in the services;
Account holders are not allowed to sell, transfer or purchase accounts to other players. Funds cannot be transferred between ONBET accounts;
The account holder’s name must be correct, legal and consistent with the identity verification submitted. You must also ensure that the account name matches the name on the card or any type of payment method used for deposits and withdrawals;
The account holder shall not access the website using a proxy server or any tool that interferes with the IP address of the device used or take any measures to prevent ONBET from identifying the device by its correct IP address;
The account holder agrees to the application of the above general terms and agrees that if there is any suspicion or violation of customer behavior, ONBET has the right to report to the relevant department without notice or explanation.
The account holder agrees that upon registration, a non-refundable security deposit of ₫1,000 must be made within 30 days as required by PAGCOR. After maturity, the account holder may use the funds in any way they wish. ONBET will cover the transaction fees by adding points to the ONBET player’s account.
After the deposit is paid, the minimum deposit is then set at ₫100. To respect the player, ONBET will cover the transaction fee by adding points to the ONBET player’s account.
The minimum withdrawal amount for each transaction is set at 1000 VND, and the daily withdrawal limit of the regular account is set at 1.25 million VND. ONBET will cover the transaction cost of up to 3 times a day of withdrawal requests by providing points to the ONBET player’s account, otherwise all subsequent withdrawals will be based on the corresponding transaction cost.

Account Management

ONBET reserves the right to decide at any time:
May open an ONBET account and/or close or suspend an existing ONBET account without any reason;
DCan refuse to accept deposits without reason;
Requirements for document verification:
a.Identity of the account holder,
b.A person authorized to use a particular card or any payment method;
c.Other facts and information provided by the account holder.
Such requests may be made at any given time, ONBET reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation;
Without prior notice, the transfer and/or licensing of account holder data to any other legal entity in any country will ultimately be managed and controlled by Inc., but ONBET guarantees that the data will always be transferred, managed based on applicable laws, data protection laws or similar regulations;
Without prior notice, the transfer and/or licensing of the account holder’s rights and responsibilities to any other legal entity in any country shall be solely and exclusively managed and controlled by Inc., but ONBET guarantees that the responsibilities will be performed;
Hold and manage funds belonging to the account holder in accordance with generally accepted cash management guidelines; this may include financial institutions being entrusted to hold funds in the name of the account holder and/or for the benefit of the account holder and/or the payment method provider;
Implement confiscation policy, including the following provisions:
a. In the event of direct or indirect confiscation and/or forfeiture of ONBET’s existing account and/or refusal to accept claims for compensation: I) violation of ONBET rules; And/or (ii) other illegal activities related to betting activities and/or ONBET account activities (such as violation of laws or other regulations, violation of third party rights, fraud and deception);b. Suspend and/or cancel account holders from participating in games, promotional activities, games or other services, provided that ONBET believes there is reasonable cause to be concerned that the ONBET account is, has been or may be used for illegal, fraudulent or dishonest activities;c. Suspend and/or cancel the account holder’s participation in the services, and/or confiscate and/or forfeit the available funds in the ONBET account, if the account holder directly violates any provision of its terms and conditions, for example:• Cheat• Not a normal bet, similar to that, no profit or low profit betting, requires turnover of bonus amount.• Unauthorized account takeover, this is through sharing the same device and/or using any other relevant indicators, such as IP addresses and shared betting.• Exploiting or using a system (including machines, robots, computers, software or any other automated system) for the purpose of disrupting the program and/or software of the client system station.• Other measures that violate ONBET’s terms and agreements.
Reject and/or revoke unused deposits until verification of these funds is clear.

Idle Account

If the ONBET account has been suspended in accordance with the above terms and has been suspended for more than 6 months or the ONBET account has been inactive for more than 6 months since the last login, ONBET reserves the right to charge a monthly management fee until the account balance reaches zero. The deducted management fee will belong to ONBET after being deducted from the suspended account and will no longer form part of the account holder’s funds. When the account balance reaches zero, ONBET reserves the right to close the suspended account. If there is no money in the account, the account will not be deducted and will be closed immediately.
ONBET guarantees:
Manage account holder funds safely and appropriately;
Manage account holder data in accordance with applicable laws, data protection laws and/or similar regulations;
Do not provide customers with emergency measures to transfer any funds between customer accounts.

Betting Rules and Regulations

1. All bets placed on the ONBET website must comply with the relevant game rules and this agreement.
2. Any typographical or inadvertent human error in the announcement of odds and/or results, ONBET shall not be liable for the consequences arising therefrom and ONBET reserves the right to void the relevant bets.
3. In any case, ONBET reserves the right to refuse betting without explanation.
4. Only bets placed in accordance with the terms and conditions through the ONBET website or device will be considered valid. Regardless of the outcome, any other form of betting (by mail, letter, fax or other means) will not be accepted or considered invalid. When the confirmation message appears on the screen, the bet will be valid.
5. It is the account holder’s responsibility to know the match score and all information related to the game. Customers should confirm the status of the game before placing a bet.
6. The Account Holder acknowledges that, although the current scores, times played, given on the website come from a third party “real time” data feed, they may be time delayed and/or may be inaccurate, the customer shall bear all risks of betting based on this data. ONBET provides such data as is, does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of such data and accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss (direct or indirect) suffered by the customer as a result of reliance on such data.
7. All bets that meet the following conditions are considered valid: username and password are entered correctly and account balance is sufficient.
8. The account holder is responsible for maintaining the security of his/her account, including all transactions and operations that occur through his/her account, regardless of whether such transactions are authorized or not.
9. If the betting information provided is correct, the account holder is solely responsible for the betting. Once the client confirms your bet, the bet cannot be cancelled, withdrawn or changed and the bet order will be considered as valid evidence of your bet.
10. All betting records entered by ONBET will be stored in the ONBET transaction database software and will be used as an effective basis for any transaction at any time.
11. All bets that are shown as confirmed in the transaction record of the ONBET customer account are considered valid bets by the company.
12. Except for live betting, ONBET reserves the right to cancel bets placed after the match has started.
13. All bets where the outcome of the match is known at the time of placing the bet will be void. ONBET reserves the right to void such bets.
14. Match information (start time, red cards, scores or other relevant information) displayed on the website is for reference only.
15. The result of a match must be confirmed after the end of the match, unless otherwise stipulated by the relevant sports or competition rules. ONBET will not recognise any amendments or changes to the betting results that have been settled after 72 hours from the end of the match. ONBET will only correct unintentional human errors or incorrect results within 72 hours.
16. If the venue of a match is changed, all bets placed on the original venue will be void, but neutral matches will still be considered valid.
17. The winner of the game will be determined according to the relevant rules after the game.
18. ONBET does not recognize interrupted matches and controversial proposals.
19. If a match is interrupted within 48 hours of the initial start and the match resumes afterwards, all bets will be settled on the final result. Otherwise, all undecided bets will be considered void.
20. If there are invalid options in the betting market parameters, bets will be adjusted and settled according to the remaining valid options.
21. The Account Holder acknowledges and accepts that all odds and market lines are constantly changing and will only be determined when placing a bet. ONBET reserves the right to change any information regarding odds, prices or bet types, markets or matches at any time at its sole discretion.
22. ONBET also reserves the right to cancel or reject any affected bets at any time at its sole discretion, or correct any incorrect odds, prices or any information about a bet type, market or match due to error, omission or omission and will display a notice of this at any time.
23. If the player/team is not displayed correctly, ONBET reserves the right to void the bet.
24. If the market remains open and the incorrect score or incorrect match conditions have a significant impact on the price, ONBET reserves the right to void bets.
25. If there is any technical problem in the system, ONBET reserves the right to manually change the pending bet status to “confirmed” when the transaction continues and immediately after the technical problem is resolved. The account balance will then be adjusted according to the member’s betting situation at that time.
26. Multiple bets on the same event at the same time will not be accepted.
27. ONBET reserves the final decision on any transactions and bets involved.
28. The account holder fully accepts the shuffling function of the system software in the poker game and accepts other random game transactions.
29. The account holder agrees and accepts that the WAP network connection is not always stable. The company only recognizes bets recorded in the system and ONBET is not responsible for any bets placed in the wrong location.
30. Unless otherwise stated in the betting market specifications or stated in the sport specific rules, all bets will be valid only on the result at the end of “regulation time” or “full time”. The definition of “regulation time” or “full time” is interpreted in accordance with the official rules issued by the respective governing associations. For example, in a football match, the full match time including injury time is defined as 90 minutes. If the governing association decides to stipulate that the event will be played over a different period of time before the event starts, this will be considered the official rules of the event (e.g. a football match of 3 x 30 minutes or 2 x 40 minutes). However, unless otherwise expressly stated, such incidents are limited to the “designated” match time and do not include any extensions, such as injury time or extension of the match.
31. “Live Betting” is where bets can be placed on a match or event that is currently in progress. If bets cannot be placed or the live score is not updated correctly, ONBET does not accept or assume any responsibility. At all times, it is the account holder’s responsibility to check the match and surrounding events, such as the current score, progress and time remaining before the game ends. ONBET is not responsible for any changes to the live betting schedule or interruption of live betting services.
32. In the event of evidence of cheating, game modification or manipulation, ONBET reserves the right to void bets or delay payouts, pending the outcome of the investigation.

Transaction payment

For players using credit/debit cards or any other payment methods, the name of the bank card must match the name of the account holder at the time of registration. If the name of the bank card does not match the name of the account holder during the registration process, ONBET reserves the right to reject any transaction request.
If a customer owes money to ONBET or any member of ONBET, the customer is responsible for paying such debts. Regarding payment, if a customer is suspected of fraud, including the use of a stolen credit card or other fraudulent activities (such as collection or multiple payments or money laundering), ONBET has the right to immediately freeze and/or close the customer’s account. The account balance will be confiscated and the account (identification) information will be posted to any online entertainment website, banks, credit card companies and related organizations and individuals who have access to the information. Any costs incurred by ONBET will be borne by the perpetrators involved in the above malicious activities.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not possible when the alleged deposit (including bonus) has been used using ONBET services.
Refund requests will only be considered if such request is submitted within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the alleged transaction or within thirty (30) days if the player alleges that another individual (or minor) has accessed his/her Player Account or if any PAGCOR violation has arisen.
ONBET reserves the right to withhold any refund or reversal until the identity of the player account is fully confirmed upon request, to ensure that payment will be made upon refund. The player agrees to provide, if requested, a notarized identification document or any other certified identification document in accordance with the applicable laws of the Philippines. If such document is not provided within five (5) days of request, such refund or reversal shall not be affected, the player account shall be closed and all funds in the player account shall be forfeited by ONBET. Such decision shall be final, binding and not subject to appeal.

Verification Procedures
One of the international standards for preventing illegal activities is Customer Due Diligence (“CDD”). In accordance with CDD, ONBET establishes its own verification procedures within the framework of anti-money laundering and “Know Your Customer” standards.

ONBET will take steps to confirm the authenticity of the documents and information provided by the User. All lawful methods to double-check identification information will be used and ONBET reserves the right to investigate certain Users identified as risky or suspicious.
ONBET reserves the right to verify the identity of Users on an ongoing basis, especially when their identification information has changed or their activity appears suspicious (unusual for a particular User). Additionally, ONBET reserves the right to request updated documentation from Users, even if they have passed identity verification in the past.
User identification information will be collected, stored, shared and protected strictly in accordance with ONBET’s Privacy Policy and relevant regulations.
Once the User’s identity has been verified, ONBET may remove itself from potential liability in the event that its Services are used to conduct illegal activity.
Card Verification
Users intending to use payment cards in connection with ONBET Services are required to undergo a verification process in accordance with the instructions available on ONBET’s Website.
ONBET screens applicants against the lists of criminals, minors, government, PNP/AFP, prohibited and political offenders (PEP).

For the screening process, ONBET uses PAGCOR’s Criminal, Juvenile, Government, PNP/AFP, Prohibited Persons and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) databases for manual verification.
ONBET reserves the right to request further proof of a player’s current location by any means necessary in compliance with current PAGCOR guidelines that stipulate that only individuals residing within the Philippines are allowed to play.
Supervisor
The Supervisor is a person duly authorized by ONBET, whose job is to ensure the effective implementation and enforcement of the KYC Policy. The Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ONBET’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing activities, including but not limited to:
Collection of User Identification Information
Establish and update internal policies and procedures for completing, reviewing, submitting and maintaining all reports and records required under applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor transactions and investigate any significant deviations from normal operations.
Implement a records management system to store and retrieve appropriate documents, files, forms, and logs.
Update risk assessments regularly.
Provide information to law enforcement as required by applicable laws and regulations.
The Supervisor has the right to interact with law enforcement agencies, in connection with the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and other illegal activities.
Transaction Monitoring
Users are known not only by verifying their identity (who they are) but more importantly, by analyzing their transaction patterns (what they do). Therefore, ONBET relies on data analytics as a risk assessment and suspicion detection tool. ONBET performs a range of compliance-related tasks, including data collection, filtering, record keeping, investigation management and reporting. The system’s functions include:
Daily check of Users against recognized “blacklists” (e.g. PAGCOR National Restricted Persons Database), aggregate transfers across multiple data points, place Users on watch lists and deny services, open investigation cases if necessary, send internal communications and fill out statutory reports, if applicable;
Records and Document Management.
For KYC Policy, ONBET will monitor all transactions and has the right to:
Ensure that transactions of a suspicious nature are reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency through the Supervisor;
Require the User to provide any additional information and documents in case of suspicious transactions;
Suspend or block a User’s Account when ONBET has reasonable suspicion that the User is engaged in illegal activity.
The above list is not exhaustive and the Monitor will monitor User transactions on a daily basis to determine whether such transactions should be reported and considered suspicious or considered a violation.
Risk Assessment
ONBET, in compliance with PAGCOR, has adopted a risk-based approach to combating money laundering and terrorist financing. By adopting a risk-based mitigation approach, ONBET can ensure that the measures taken to prevent or mitigate money laundering and terrorist financing are commensurate with the identified risks. This will allow resources to be allocated in the most effective ways.

1Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

Money laundering is defined as a process designed to disguise the benefits from a crime or serious criminal act, as provided for in the Anti-Money Laundering Law of the First Republic of 2001. 9160, making it appear that these benefits come from a legitimate source. Generally, money laundering involves three (3) stages, including many transactions, which can send a warning about money laundering to intermediaries such as companies:
Position – practical action to address profits from illegal activities
Decentralization – by constructing complex financial transactions to obscure audit trails and provide anonymity to operations separating illegal income from legitimate income
Integration — an act of legitimizing the wealth from crime. If the decentralization process is successful, the integration step will wipe out the profits in the financial system by somehow making it look like normal business money.

Bonus

As an alternative to dispute resolution, where all complaints cannot be resolved during the appeal process they may be submitted to the relevant independent body for adjudication.

Other provisions

The official terms and agreements are drawn up in English. They are also translated into other languages ​​to demonstrate that we always want to be as close as possible to our customers. The headings of this agreement are for reference only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of any provision.
If ONBET fails to perform its obligations under the agreement for the following reasons (including natural disasters, government control, war, riot, transmission line interruption, system failure, telecommunications or broadband service interruption, power supply interruption, etc.):) , it shall not constitute a breach of contract.
In this Agreement, ONBET’s failure or delay in exercising or enforcing any of its rights, immunities and privileges shall not constitute a waiver of such rights, immunities and privileges.
ONBET reserves the right to assign this Agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice. However, the account holder or any visitor shall not have the right to assign ONBET’s rights or obligations under this Agreement.
This Agreement shall not create or confer any rights or benefits on third parties not directly related to this Agreement.
This Agreement cannot or shall not be deemed to establish a partnership, agency, fiduciary or joint venture relationship between ONBET and the account holder.
This Agreement is the most current and complete version for account holders or access to the ONBET website service. This version will replace the previous version.
