Actress Michelle Pfeiffer and her husband, TV producer David E. Kelley, have listed their purr-fect Woodside, CA, estate for $29.5 million, according to W magazine.

The couple purchased the place in 2004 for $12 million, according to property records. Located about 30 miles south of San Francisco, the exclusive enclave is one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s wealthiest communities, and residents include Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison and finance guru Charles Schwab.

Pfeiffer’s equestrian property on 8.67 acres features a Spanish-style main house with four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 6,379 square feet of living space. The main level includes a great room with multiple seating areas plus an elevated media/library area, and three sets of French doors that open to the main terrace.

All the bedrooms are on the main floor, including a “luxurious” master suite complete with sitting area and private rooftop deck, two walk-in closets and a marble bath with steam shower for two.

The spread also features three studio apartments, a gym plus a separate office and a detached office or guesthouse.

The manicured grounds feature an array of outdoor pursuits, including a gated pool and spa and tennis court. The main terrace has a fireplace and cedar hot tub.

If you have a green thumb you’ll appreciate the apple orchard, three fenced and covered vegetable beds, natural grasses, meadows and a formal lawn. For equine pursuits, there’s a historic octagonal barn from 1925 with 10 stalls as well as a fenced paddock.

The serene space is one more home the couple appear to be shedding. The two were rumored to have listed a 340-acre, waterfront property for $28.8 million in British Columbia that’s accessible only by boat.

The 59-year-old has been enjoying a resurgence in her acting career of late. Along with the recent films “Mother!” and “Murder on the Orient Express,” the Oscar-nominated actress also stars in the upcoming Marvel film “Ant-Man and the Wasp.”
