Mark Ruffalo’s backpack found after he left it in a cab

Maybe his fellow Avengers helped him out.

Mark Ruffalo, who plays “The Hulk” in the Marvel franchise, left this black with red trim Topo backpack behind in a yellow cab on the Upper West Side on Tuesday night — and then found it with the help of some New York City magic.

“New Yorkers that I love so much, please help me find my backpack…,” the 51-year-old actor tweeted on Tuesday. “Reward if found.”

On Wednesday, Ruffalo posted an update that his bookbag had been recovered.

“Thank you for all your help,” Ruffalo wrote, without any other details.

NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission spokeswoman Rebecca Harshbarger said the agency had been working to help Ruffalo find his missing bag — “but then he found it independently.”

Fans joked that the actor, who isn’t the most discreet when it comes to his movies, may have left the script for the upcoming Avengers 4 film in the bag.

“How many spoilers did you leave in the bag, Mark?” tweeted @HeyDanKurtz.

Added @gilmarcel: “Mark, please tell me that the Avengers 4 script was NOT in that backpack!”

The actor once accidentally blurted out in an interview that “everyone dies” at the end of “Avengers: Infinity War,” spoiling the ending — and directors Anthony and Joe Russo recently pretended to fire Ruffalo over his antics.

A rep for Ruffalo didn’t immediately return a request for comment.
