Call us today for a free estimate! First, we need to decide if we are going to perform a deck repair and resurface your existing deck, rebuild it, or design a new deck from scratch. Once we decide which direction to go, we will take all the necessary measurements We will provide you with different levels of Trex decking, railings, and other custom deck additions to help fit within your budget. After we design your project, we will present our proposal and explain all the different high-quality options in detail at different price quotes. Once the proposal is selected by the homeowners, we will finalize the scope of the project. Additionally, we will detail what is included, schedule a tentative start date, and discuss payment options. We require a 20% deposit on the total job at booking to become your local deck contractor and a 40% deposit the week demolition is scheduled to begin. The remaining 40% is not paid until your project is completed.
