Amy Robach is looking forward to turning 51!

Robach shared her excitement over her Feb.6 birthday as she discussed her plans to celebrate all week with partner T.J. Holmes during the latest episode of their podcast, Amy & T.J., which was released Tuesday, the same day as her birthday.

Leading into the new episode, Holmes, 46, reminded Robach of her upcoming birthday as he said she’ll be “a new woman” next time they record together.

“Wow. I'll be officially in my fifties. Oh, that sounds different than saying I just turned 50. I'll be in my fifties,” Robach responded. “I'm in the thick of it. I'm immersed deeper in my fifties … this is birthday week, so it's exciting.”

The presenter continued that she is “looking forward to things” after not feeling in the mood to celebrate much and being “overwhelmed” following a “tough year.” She and Holmes were removed as co-anchors on Good Morning America after news of their workplace romance surfaced in Nov. 2022.

“It's a big birthday, but it was a tough year and so I didn't feel like I even had the bandwidth to hope and to dream and to be excited and to look forward to,” Robach said on the podcast. “When you're stuck in something and you're overwhelmed by circumstances, you don't necessarily.”

“I think that's one of the losses is that you kind of lose hope and excitement about what's coming and I feel that now,” she continued, adding, “So yes, I'm excited about turning 51 and birthday week is probably going to turn into birthday month. Just letting you know.”

Holmes reassured Robach that he will be "by your side for the entirety” of her birthday celebrations while sharing his happiness at seeing her child-like excitement return to form.

“It is one of the cutest things about you is that you get giddy about the smallest thing no matter how old you get. You have this kid-like exuberance about the smallest of things and it's fun to watch,” he told Robach.

“Everybody should be like that,” Holmes added.

The latest discussion between Robach and Holmes on their podcast comes after a heated confrontation on a previous episode where they opened up about dealing with miscommunication in their relationship.

Just hours after the raw recording was released, Robach and Holmes confirmed they’re “still together” and going strong as a couple in a joint Instagram Reel as they walked arm-in-arm through the streets of New York City.

"We just wanted to check in and let you know that, despite what you’ve been hearing, we are still together,” Holmes said in the clip.

“We’re hearing from a lot of you all on our latest episode of the podcast,” he continued. “It was something we really struggled and debated about whether or not we should even put out there — but at this point I’m glad we did.”
