Blackpink's Lisa to Co-Headline 2024 Global Citizen Festival in N.Y.C. Alongside Jelly Roll, Doja Cat and More

The Thai rapper and singer recently earned her highest-charting U.S. single with "ROCKSTAR," released in June

New York City, get ready for Lisa.

The Thai rapper, singer and Blackpink member is set to co-headline the 2024 Global Citizen Festival on Sept. 28 at the Great Lawn in Manhattan's Central Park, the organization announced on Tuesday, July 9.

The set will mark Lisa's first solo performance at a music festival, and Global Citizen is "thrilled" to have her on its lineup, said Katie Hill, senior vice president and head of music, entertainment and artist relations, in a statement.

"LISA is not only an incredible performer, but also a powerful advocate, leveraging her voice and platform to drive action on some of the most urgent challenges our world is facing," added Hill.

Her statement concluded, "We look forward to welcoming LISA, and of course Lilies and Blinks, to Central Park in September! Join us by taking action on the Global Citizen app, and together we can make a huge impact to end extreme poverty."

Additional headliners at this year's iteration of the festival include Post MaloneDoja CatJelly Roll and Rauw Alejandro. Global Citizen Ambassador Hugh Jackman will host the event, while Dr. Jane Goodall and Coldplay’s Chris Martin will make appearances.

Fans can get free tickets to the festival by taking action on various world issues through the Global Citizen app, while other tickets are available for purchase via Ticketmaster.

Lisa made her solo debut in 2021 with the single "Lalisa," which was followed by "SG" with DJ Snake, Ozuna and Megan Thee Stallion as well as "Money" the same year.

Last month, she released "Rockstar," which has already reached No. 70 on the Billboard Hot 100 — marking her highest entry on the chart.

"I’m so thrilled that i can finally share my new single ROCKSTAR with you guys," Lisa told fans via Instagram on June 29. "I’ve been working on this project for quite some time and i had so much fun while preparing this. Thank you for your patience and I’m really happy to celebrate this together with you all."
