“The stories highlight funny and sweet moments featuring Bluey and Bingo, leaning into playful interactions and games that further explore the characters and world of Bluey,” per a press release shared with PEOPLE.

Each mini-episode will be between one to three minutes long. They're written by Bluey creator Joe Brumm and produced by Ludo Studio.

Episode one kicks off with “Burger Dog,” which follows the kids wanting to dance to music that Dad doesn’t quite want to listen to, so he pretends the battery on his phone is low. However, his plan falls short when Mum phones him.

Other episodes, such as “Bingo 3000” features Dad buying a brand new Bingo 3000 robot that soon malfunctions. But there are also tales of friendship like in “Three Pigs” when Dad puts his own spin on the classic story of the three little pigs.

“In this version the pigs and the wolf eventually become friends,” the press release adds.

A sneak peek of the “Hungry” episode can be seen in the trailer and shows a hungry Dad pretending to eat Bluey.

As an added bonus, “the second batch of Bluey Minisodes will premiere on platforms later this year, followed by the final batch in 2025.”

After the April 2024 season finale of Bluey, which included an emotional, extended-length season 3 special that took the internet by storm, some wondered if it was the end for the beloved blue dog. Luckily, Bluey producer Sam Moor told BBC that same month the animated series isn’t going anywhere any time soon.

"No, it is not the end for Bluey. I'm sure we have many more surprises in store for you," she said. "We have more in store and we are thinking what would be next."

Global phenomenon Bluey, the “lovable and inexhaustible blue heeler dog,” has grown increasingly popular with children and family as of late. According to Nielsen Media Research, the animated series was the No. 1 most-watched series on streaming last quarter among total viewers in the U.S., the press release said.

Stars like Eva Mendes, Natalie Portman and Rose Byrne have even lent their voices for cameo roles as a result of their love of the show.
