The ton is abuzz over a sweet pairing.
Bridgerton costars Bessie Carter and Sam Phillips, 40, were photographed being affectionate on June 25 while on a walk together.
In the images, Carter, 30, delivered a kiss to Phillips' cheek as they looked cozy in casual outfits.
A rep for Carter did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.
In Bridgerton, Carter has portrayed Prudence Featherington, one of Penelope Featherington’s (Nicola Coughlan) older sisters, since season 1. In season 3, Prudence — who married the untitled but lovable Harry Dankworth (James Phoon) — engages in a race to produce the male heir of the Featherington estate with her other sister Phillipa (Harriet Cains) after Lady Featherington (Polly Walker) announces the estate will pass on to their sons.
Carter is the daughter of Harry Potter actress Imelda Staunton and Downton Abbey actor Jim Carter. She previously appeared in the 2017 TV series Beecham House and held a small role in the 2012 film adaptation of Les Misérables.

Phillips is a Bridgerton newcomer in season 3. He plays Lord Debling, one of Penelope’s love interests vying for her attention until he recognizes the spark between Penelope and her longtime friend Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton).
Tuesday wasn't the first time that Carter and Phillips have been photographed together. They attended two red carpet events with her parents in November and December 2023 — one for The Crown and another for Wonka. Both Phillips and Staunton appeared in The Crown, albeit on different seasons.
In March of that year, they posed together in an image that Carter posted on her Instagram from Bridgerton's Luke Thompson's play, A Little Life.
Phillips told Town and Country back in May that he manifested his role as the nature-loving lord years ago. He said that 2021 was “a really hard year” for him and so he made a “vision board [to manifest] a ‘really nice part in a TV show.’ ”
"I just hit a switch in my head and I was like, 'I'm going to start thinking about all the things I want,' ” Phillips said. “That was the start of the manifestation journey. [In 2022,] I got Bridgerton, before that, I'd done a number of nice jobs and it just builds. Work begets work, and it just felt it was definitely manifesting."
