The brother of a man who was found dead with two others outside a friend’s home in Kansas City earlier this month says he is not jumping to conclusions as rumors circulate about what happened the night of Jan. 7.

It has been more than three weeks since Clayton McGeeney, Ricky Johnson and David Harrington were found dead outside their friend Jordan Willis’ home in Kansas City.

The men’s remains were found on Jan. 9, two days after they were last seen at Willis’ home, where they watched a Chiefs game.

Rumors about what truly happened that night are swirling around social media and the Kansas City community. Johnson’s brother Jonathan Price tells PEOPLE, “I look at everything, no matter how ridiculous it seems.”

Still, he is focused on the facts. “I don't necessarily share any opinions on my own, because … I only deal with facts, and I don't have any of those,” he says.

Earlier this month, Price told PEOPLE that “nothing” was adding up factually as he and others searched for answers about their loved ones’ deaths.

Kansas City police have said that there is no evidence of foul play in connection with the deaths. They reiterated this on Saturday, noting that an investigation into the deaths is ongoing and that no arrests have been made.

“This still remains a death investigation and nothing more,” Alayna Gonzalez, a spokeswoman for the Kansas City Police Department, said in a statement previously obtained by PEOPLE.

Price tells PEOPLE the investigation is “still where it was” previously. He says he is working and “trying to move on” while he and others wait for answers.

“I can't just sit there and speculate all the time,” he says, though he admittedly looks at “everything, no matter how ridiculous it seems.”

John Picerno, who is representing Willis, previously told PEOPLE in a statement that his client “is unaware of how his friends died" and is also “anxiously awaiting the results of the autopsy and toxicology report.”
