Caelynn Miller-Keyes and Dean Unglert welcomed a special guest at their wedding reception — a tattoo artist!

During their Meredith, Colorado, nuptials over the weekend, the Bachelor in Paradise stars invited a tattoo artist to their reception to help keep the celebrations going.

"We are having a tattoo artist come in after dinner on the wedding day," Miller-Keyes, 28, told PEOPLE ahead of the couple's big day. "The tattoo artist gave me my first tattoo, which happened to be a couple's tattoo with Dean, so it feels even more special."

The theme of the couple's wedding weekend was "camp," a tribute to some of Miller-Keyes' favorite childhood memories.

"I loved summer camp more than anything growing up, so we incorporated some camp themes throughout the weekend like field day to really allow everyone to get to know each other," she explains. "We wanted this day to feel like an elegant night in the mountains. The whole weekend will be a perfect mix of us a couple."

The celebrations, which were planned by Milk Glass Productions also included a performance by Stratosphere from the Jordan Kahn Music Company, Alaskan salmon and ribeye dinner, dancing and a three-tier vanilla cake from Afternoon Delight.

"We really wanted to be able to spend quality time with the people we love all weekend long," says Miller-Keyes of the festivities, which included brunches and dinners with her 75 guests during the multi-day celebration. "We've heard from other couples that they were so busy all weekend, and we just wanted to relax and enjoy being with our friends and family."

Miller-Keyes and Unglert, 32, first connected in 2019 while both contestants on Bachelor in Paradise. The couple dated for four years before getting engaged in October 2022. In June, while on a trip to Bali the Miller-Keyes celebrated their anniversary by getting a tattoo of a bell pepper.

She posted a photo of the Instagram captioned: "I got my Mrs. Bell tattoo on our four year anniversary. The bride explains to PEOPLE that the duo plans to take the name "Bell" to honor Unglert's mom who died from breast cancer.

Although the couple's wedding night came together perfectly, Miller-Keyes explains they still faced challenges when it came to wedding planning. "There have been a lot of highs and some lows," the bride says. "It's mostly been really fun, but everyone warned us about the stresses that come with weddings so we did feel prepared."

Following the wedding, Miller-Keyes says she can't wait to continue learning and growing alongside Urglert.

"I'm excited to have a partner for the rest of my life," she says. "Someone who makes me laugh everyday, someone who is so kind and caring."

She adds: "We're both interested to see how marriage changes our relationship because we already feel married, but we've had some kid conversations so we'll see! That would be further down the road."
