Some of Camila Cabello's songs will "never be the same" for her.

In a cover story interview for Complex, the "Shameless" singer, 27, opens up about two of her own song that she's become tired of — 2018's "Havana" and 2019's "Señorita."

While Cabello is grateful for both songs, she's gotten more tired of hearing "Señorita" than "Havana."

“I think there's always a worry when a song becomes so massive that it's going to be bigger than you… I obviously love that they were so massive and successful. But it does get people attached to you in a certain light,” she told the outlet.

Speaking to "Señorita," which she collaborated on with ex-boyfriend Shawn Mendes, whom she dated for more than two years before sparking rumors they rekindled their romance in 2023, she said: “I was in a really public relationship and as a woman you're like, I don't want this couple thing to be my new identity.”

In May, Cabello announced on social media that she would be releasing her fourth albumC,XOXO.

"THE NEW ALBUM C,XOXO IS OUT JUNE 28TH," she wrote alongside the forthcoming the LP's cover, a close-up photo of her licking a lollipop that's turned her tongue blue.

Prior to C,XOXO, Cabello released 2018's Camila, 2019's Romance and 2022's Familia.

In March, the Fifth Harmony alum kicked off her new era with the electro-pop song "I Luv It" featuring rapper Playboi Carti. Cabello surprised fans with a new sound and platinum blonde hair alongside the release.

Since then, she also released her collaboration with Lil Nas X on "He Knows" and most recently "Chanel No. 5."

Ahead of her most recent song's release, Cabello opened up about how it thematically fits into the overall message of C, XOXO.

"the world of C, XOXO is a very sensual one , and in the root meaning sense of that word. sensual meaning “of the senses”- taste, touch, sight, smell, sound," the "Bam Bam" artist wrote.

She added that she wanted listeners "to be in the sensory world i was in when i wrote it."

"and most of all, i want us to feel powerful when we are seen, heard, touched, inhaled, and tasted that wrist wrist spritz spritz made him come alive Chanel n. 5," Cabello said.

The pop star concluded by telling fans that "Chanel No. 5" was her "gift" to them ahead of the LP's release on Friday, June 28.
