Gypsy-Rose Blanchard and her ex-fiancé Ken Urker have been spotted together again.

In photos that were first obtained by TMZ, Blanchard — who is currently in the process of divorcing her husband Ryan Scott Anderson — and Urker are seen together holding hands and cuddling at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.

In one photo, Urker has two lawn chairs slung over his shoulder while he holds Blanchard's hand. The pair were previously engaged back when Blanchard was serving time in a Missouri prison in connection with her mother's murder.

Blanchard announced her split from Anderson on social media in late March.

"People have been asking what is going on in my life. Unfortunately my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou. I have the support of my family and friends to help guide me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now I need time to let myself find… who I am," she wrote in a statement obtained by PEOPLE from her private Facebook account.

The split came three months after Blanchard was released from a Missouri prison in Dec. 2023. Blanchard pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in 2016 for plotting the murder of her 48-year-old mother Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard with then-boyfriend Nicholas "Nick" Godejohn. She was sentenced to 10 years in prison and served eight before her early release.

Dee Dee had subjected Gypsy, her only child, to unnecessary medical treatment and convinced her that she had a litany of illnesses as a child. It is widely believed that Blanchard was a victim of Munchausen syndrome by proxy.

Shortly after Blanchard announced her separation from Anderson, Blanchard and Urker met up for lunch and tattoo appointments, Urker's mother, Raina Williams, previously told PEOPLE. According to E! Online, Urker and Blanchard were previously engaged in 2018.

The pair got matching husky dog tattoos together, Blanchard's cousin, Bobby Pitre, who owns the parlor that the pair visited, previously told PEOPLE.

At the time, Williams insisted her son and Blanchard were just good friends.

"They are not back together," Williams said. "They're very cool. Ken is just being a supportive friend to her and that's it."

Williams said that after he heard about Blanchard's separation, Urker wanted to support her.

"I know that after she announced the separation, he was like, 'I've got to be there for her,'" Williams said. "I said, 'Be very careful with that. She's a married woman and you don't want to hurt her.' And he's like, 'You're right. I would never do that. I would never ever do that. I will be super careful.'"
