Jessica Biel is focusing on what matters most after husband Justin Timberlake’s arrest for a DWI this month.

A source tells PEOPLE that Biel, 42, is supporting the "Mirrors" singer, 43, as she continues to work on her upcoming Prime Video series, The Better Sister. After attending Timberlake’s show at the Madison Square Garden earlier this week — where the 7th Heaven alum was seen dancing in the crowd — Biel is prioritizing her job and personal life as she leaves the legal drama to the professionals.

“They’re always supportive of each other’s careers,” the source says. “Jess would never miss a show when she’s able to attend. She’s excited for him. They’ve moved on from the arrest.”

The insider continues, “They have faith in their legal team and continue to focus on work and their family instead. Jess enjoys filming and is excited about the project.”

Timberlake was arrested on June 18 after allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol in Sag Harbor, New York. He was pulled over after leaving the American Hotel after cops claimed he ran a stop sign and was failing to maintain his lane.

An officer added that his "eyes were bloodshot and glassy" when he was stopped.

"A strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests," the officer continued, per the report.

After being released from custody with orders to return for a July 26 court date, Timberlake went about his normal life, performing at Chicago’s United Center five days later.

"This [tour] is just something that keeps watching over me, more so on this tour than any other," the Grammy winner told the audience. "And that's that mostly all of us here in this room tonight, in this arena tonight, have grown up together. So many of you come up to me and say, 'I grew up with you, man.'"

He later added: “I want each and every one of you to know I've grown up with you. You have been such a big and beautiful part of my life and sometimes I can't find the words to show my gratitude that you guys just keep riding with me and riding with me."

On June 23, the bartender who had been serving Timberlake the night of his arrest told PEOPLE the former *NSYNC member only had one martini during dinner with friends.

This claim matched up with what Timberlake told the police, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

"I had one martini and I followed my friends home,” he stated.

Biel was initially "not happy" about the arrest news, the source recently told PEOPLE. "She doesn't like any attention on the family, especially not negative," the insider added.
