Kayla has covered home and lifestyle content for more than a decade. She played a key role in launching HGTV.com’s digital commerce division in 2019 and established a successful testing program with a small but mighty team. Prior to her career in commerce, she managed sponsored tentpole projects for HGTV.com and has worked with dozens of clients, including Walmart, Chewy, Target, and Overstock. She was also editor-in-chief of HGTV.com’s award-nominated blog, I Heart HGTV. Her entire career has been focused on creating and editing successful home content, and she has personally spent hundreds of hours testing products in her own home. She particularly loves testing and writing about all things bed-related, from sheets to sleep masks and silk pillowcases.
