Love Is Blind's Lauren Speed-Hamilton Celebrates Husband Cameron Hamilton's Birthday: 'I Feel Like I Got the Gift'

Lauren Speed-Hamilton is marking all the reasons why she's grateful for her husband Cameron Hamilton on his birthday.

Speed-Hamilton, who met her husband Cameron on the first season of Love Is Blind back in 2018, shared a carousel of 10 photos — plus 10 reasons why she loves him — on Instagram Wednesday, July 3, to mark Cameron's Cameron's 34th birthday.

"It’s my best friends Bday! 🎊🎊🎊✨💕 I’m so happy you were born! Here’s 10 reasons ☺️," Speed-Hamilton wrote in the caption to her post. "1. You are SO loving always taking care of us. And your FINE TOO 😍," she added, additionally citing her husband as a "devoted dog Dad" and her "forever plus 1" in further reasons she wrote in her caption.

Some of Lauren's photos went along with the reasons she shared in her post, including a photo of him sleeping with the couple's dog, videos of the pair at the Cheesecake Factory, one of them walking through an airport and a throwback video of the pair opening a bottle of champagne in celebration of when Love Is Blind originally premiered in 2020. 

"4. How you love my (our) family ❤️🥹; 5. You let me take you to Cheesecake Factory for dates😂; 6. My travel buddy always going on adventures ✈️; 7. The way you look at me. 😍; 8. The way you make me smile (happy)," she added in her caption, where she also described Cameron as "the Clyde to my Bonnie since day 1."

"So grateful to share life with such an amazing person. It’s your bday but i feel like I got the gift 🫶🏾🎁," she finished in her caption. "Love you @cameronreidhamilton! Happy Birthday my love 💕💕"

Lauren, 36, and Cameron originally met on the first day of filming for Love Is Blind's first season; they married on Nov. 16, 2018 and renewed their vows in Las Vegas to celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary back in November 2023.

The couple, who remain among Love Is Blind's most popular alumni, told PEOPLE back in February that they actually do not consistently watch Netflix's hit dating series these days.

"I'll keep watching and seeing what people are saying online and seeing how things develop and then that'll determine [if she watches the full show]. If not, I may stay tuned in," Lauren said at the time; Cameron added that watching the show reminds him of the couple's own experience on its first season.

"So it could be kind of an intense experience," he said at the time. "It's not just flipping on any old show and just enjoying it. There's a certain level of investment for us, I think, watching the show. So [it's] just something to keep in mind."
