Nicole Kidman is reflecting on her rebellious teen years.

In a video Netflix shared on Instagram July 1, Kidman, 56, and her A Family Affair costars Zac Efron, 36, and Joey King, 24, reflect on their differing teen years and who got in more trouble.

"I love my parents. [But] I always disobeyed them a lot. I was naughty and then I would confess," Kidman said of her approach to troublemaking growing up.

"See, that's why you're Nicole Kidman," Efron responded, after noting that he never got himself into trouble as a teenager.

"I climbed out of the window, took the screen off when I'd climb out, climb back in at 5 a.m. and pretend I'd been asleep all night," she added.

"You're so awesome, I love it," Efron said in response to Kidman's reflections. "Move on — there's a lot more," she added as the clip ended.

Kidman was raised in Australia, where she initially began acting before making her way to Hollywood in the 1990s. She has daughters Sunday, 15, and Faith, 13, with husband Keith Urban, and daughter Bella, 31, and son Connor, 29 with ex-husband Tom Cruise.

Efron said in the video, "I never snuck out of the house, never went to parties. I was always in bed at 9. I got straight A's. I excelled."

"No really, I think that's probably why I'm here today, it was my parents," he added, after Kidman joked that he must be lying. "My parents are the best, I love them. I would never disobey them."

Kidman and Efron's bond has been on display both onscreen and off as they promote the rom-com A Family Affair, which follows King's character, a personal assistant to a movie star named Chris Cole (Efron) as her boss falls in love with her mom (Kidman).

Kidman and Efron recently revealed the movie originally held a different title that proved memorable enough for them to want to make the movie together. Prior to uniting to film A Family Affair, the pair previously costarred in a 2012 drama titled The Paperboy, in which they also portrayed lovers.

"It was called Motherf-----," Efron told PEOPLE of the film's initial title. "Beeped out," Kidman added. "Somehow that didn't make it onto the Netflix title."

A Family Affair is now on Netflix now.
