Bhutan’s Dragon Prince, who was born February 5, shows off a regal mane in his newest official portrait.

Prince Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck is the first child of King Jigme and Queen Jetsun.

The King’s sister Princess Sonam Dechan Wangchuck, 34, who has a law degree from Harvard, recently became President of the country’s first law school, the national journal Kuensel reported earlier this week.
