Judy Garland

Judy Garland (née Frances Ethel Gumm) was an American actress, singer and dancer. She first gained recognition playing Dorothy in 1939's The Wizard of Oz. She earned two Oscar nominations in her career, one for Best Actress for A Star Is Born (1954) and one for Best Supporting Actress for Judgment at Nuremberg (1961). She hosted a TV show called The Judy Garland Show from 1963 to 1964. Garland also released eight studio albums. Her 1961 album Judy at Carnegie Hall won a Grammy for album of the year, making her the first woman to win this award.
