Only a Duggar would hope for a multiple birth!

Currently expecting her first child with husband Ben Seewald, Jessa jokingly tells PEOPLE that she’s “hoping it’s triplets because I have been eating so much!”

“During the stages of morning sickness, keeping something in my stomach kept me from being sick,” Jessa, 23, explains. “If I kept something in my stomach, I would be way less nauseous.”

That said, the 19 Kids and Counting star is taking care to ensure that she’s eating healthy as she enters her second trimester. “I’m thinking about everything that goes into my mouth,” she says, adding that she doesn’t have any “super-serious food cravings” but that she’s had to stay away from pickles – a Duggar family favorite – and dairy.

So far, Ben, 19, has been a great support to his soon-to-be co-parent. Morning sickness was “rough” on Jessa during those weeks, she says, but “Ben was so sweet – ‘How can I help you? What can I get you to snack on?’ … He’s so sweet. Always waiting on me hand and foot.”

The happy couple announced the pregnancy on Tuesday, revealing that the baby is due on Nov. 1 – their wedding anniversary. What better way to celebrate?

Fans of TLC’s hit show 19 Kids and Counting – which airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET – can see the birth of Israel David, Jill and Derick Dillard‘s first child, on May 5 in advance of Mother’s Day.
