brightcove.createExperiences(); Khloé Kardashian is getting candid about her complicated relationship with estranged husband Lamar Odom.

In a sneak peek at Wednesday’s episode of Kocktails with Khloé, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star opens up to guests JoJo, Carmen Electra and Ross Mathews about her perspective on marriage.

When asked if she wants to get tie the knot again, Kardashian, 31, says yes – before adding with a laugh that technically she’s “still f—ing married!” (She called off her and Odom’s protracted divorce in October shortly after the former NBA star was hospitalized for a near-fatal overdose in a Nevada brothel.)

“But I do one day, honey, I need to get married again,” she continues. “Listen, at this point, I don’t know what tomorrow is going to bring, I’ve learned that. They say if you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans, so I have no plans to be made. So even if I remarry the same person again – I don’t know, that’s not where I am right now.”

Mathews then asks Kardashian if she would consider a “control alt delete” move and restart her relationship with somebody she’s been with in the past.

“I hope so,” Kardashian admits. “I mean, that would be like the best dream … like, okay, I hope that first marriage could happen again, but it’s really hard to erase everything that happened. Just building a friendship back is what I’m doing now, it has nothing intimately, nothing at all, just pure love and I want someone to learn how to love themselves again.”

Indeed, Kardashian has been spending time Odom, 36, who was released from the hospital in January and continues to work on his recovery: The two flew on a private jet together from Los Angeles to New York City earlier this month to attend Kardashian’s brother-in-law Kanye West‘s fashion show, marking Odom’s first public appearance since his hospitalization.

After their appearance at the show together caused a flurry of reconciliation rumors, Kardashian took to Twitter to shut down the speculation.

“God forbid exes are cordial right?!?!” she tweeted. “Wtf is wrong with people?!?! People should praise kindness. Not question it.”

Kardashian was most recently dating Houston Rockets shooting guard James Harden, though she admitted in January the relationship required “a lot of juggling time and balance” due to their busy schedules. Earlier this month, PEOPLE confirmed the two had called it quits.
