These bustling kids next door went from bothersome to wholesome with just one genuinely — and literally — sweet gesture.

TikToker Martina Panchetti received an adorably sincere apology from her kid neighbors in response to her noise complaint note. The London-based content creator shared the details of their exchange in a now-viral video with over 8.7 million views.

“We sent a letter to our neighbours politely asking to make less noise and possibly avoid playing piano too early in the morning,” she wrote alongside the video, noting she lives next to a family with kids.

Panchetti gave her followers a look inside the note card they delivered in reply, which began by thanking her for her “kind message.”

“We realise that sometimes we can be noisy and naughty,” the letter continued. “We started learning piano and our teachers tell us to practice every day. But we sincerely apologise for not considering the times of the day and the weekends.”

The kids also admitted that Panchetti wasn’t alone in her frustration with their practice schedule.

“To be honest, mommy has been telling us not to play in the mornings and she also wants to get some sleep on the weekends. We promise you and we promise our mommy to try to be more considerate,” they wrote.

They also sent over some of their “national Azeri sweets” as “a token of apology.” In the video’s caption, Panchetti said she planned to return their edible gesture with Italian treats from her native tradition.

TikTok users flocked to the comment section to voice their sympathy and appreciation for both parties. Some even pointed out how a parent was likely involved in the composition of the letter, since the handwriting switches to a more mature script when discussing the mother’s similar noise complaints.

“The way the handwriting randomly changes to cursive,” read one comment punctuated with a laughing emoji.

Another person applauded how Panchetti incidentally lent a hand to the kids’ mom, writing, “Helping the parents out too. It’s a great learning moment for kids to be considerate of others even when they can’t see them!”

Others shared their own unexpectedly charming encounters with noisy neighbors.

“We had a neighbor kid who would practice saxophone outside every afternoon. It was horrendous at first but eventually it became very enjoyable to sit outside and be serenaded by beautiful music,” another commenter recalled under the video, which has garnered over 668,000 likes since its initial upload in March.

Another person detailed a sweet experience as a new mom surrounded by senior tenants at home: “We live in a building with all elderly people and I just had a baby. I apologized in the elevator one day for her crying,” the TikTok user wrote. “My neighbour said, ‘I love to hear her cry, I miss when my children were small like that so it makes me smile to hear babies in the building.'
