Woke up to a UI change that makes it difficult to navigate in some cases. The new background play feature makes it hard to see the borders of the video playing while navigating the app is the first issue I incountered. So I tried to do what I always do in cases like this and submit feedback. The feedback options are limited and some selections I have to make to provide aren't related. In the end, it won't allow me to send the feedback at all stating feilds need fixing, but doesn't say what field

I use mobile and there are things I don't like about the update. 1) In fullscreen, there is now only 1 way of time in the video. You can see the full length counting down, OR!! see where you are currently. It USED to be both! 2)If I watch on current time of video and tap pause, or rewind, the time will revert to counting down. This has got to be a an oversight I hope. Otherwise, sheesh. Its awful. 3) When you tap, I dont like all the like/share/more icons on screen. It takes up way 2 much space

Having an issue with my purchased movies only allowing Italian and German audio, which is weird because I don't speak either of those languages. I have been fighting with this problem for a week now and customer service was no help, and didn't know how to fix it. Seems weird since I've seen these movies countless times on this app but now they are having this issue our of nowhere. (Movies are the "Lord of The Rings" trilogy and any other movie that I try to download after purchase)
