The adidas Running app by Runtastic is free to download & use. Some features, such as your running training plans, are unlocked only with the purchase of a Premium Membership. Your Membership renews automatically if you do not cancel it within 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. The renewal of your Premium Membership will be charged to your account up to 24 hours before your current Membership expires. The cancellation of an in-app Membership subscription is not permitted. The option to disable the automatic renewal of your Premium Membership is available to you in your Google Play account settings.

Longtime user of this application. I am usually really happy with it and the program. Current version is full of bugs and I can barely open the application. Waiting on an update so I can actually use the program at all. Very disappointed. I think there's room for a maintainance program... after you get to 5 or 10 or whatever km goal, something that keeps you at that fitness level without needing to restart a new program or progress just to maintain fitness.

Very good app. Can take a pic and sync up music while running, has different maps, statistics, weather. Though I would recommend having a setting to control when the "voice" tells you how far you've gone -- like half a km/mi. As a beginner, these half marks really matter to me and knowing it pushes me further. Maybe its there and just have not seen it.

I use the free version which has plenty of great features such as voice coach. It has been very reliable and bug free so far. Just make sure the app can run in the background, otherwise it might deactivate during your run. I found this out the hard way when I was using my old Oppo F1s. This can be changed in Power Management under Settings. However, I didn't have this issue when I upgraded my phone which has Oreo OS. Highly recommend this app. So much better than Strava (free version).
