Edit 10-15% werden zurück gehalten falls man ein Gegenstand dem Warenkorb hinzufügen möchte :-) Bitte fügt das auf eurer Webseite klar ersichtlich hinzu ich gehe von 3 auf 4 Sterne da die Antwort so schnell war :-) 2 Stunden? Wohl eher 4 Stunden ich bin schwer enttäuscht und dann haben die mir 25 Dollar zuviel abgezogen (2x) ich glaube die haben sie nicht mehr alle für was brauchen die das extra geld? Ich will eine antwort sonst melde ich diese app

Hi there! When an order is placed, we charge an authorization hold that's about 10% to 15% higher than the total amount due for the order. This is done in case the customer decides to add items while the Shopper is completing the order. Holds typically go away within 24-48 hours after the order is complete, but that can vary depending on the bank.

This shopping experience has been a major lifesaver as a college student and working too. I used to get groceries delivered through Amazon Whole Foods...but it was more expensive and not always consistent. Through Instacart, I can select from more stores if I want, communication with shoppers is clear, and the consistent quality shows. The transparency from shopping, to final cart adjustments, to ease of financial transactions is keeping me here.

I only wanted a few things, but the app forces you to have at least $10's worth of items in your cart. Even when you are at this minimum, you end up paying over twice as much to cover delivery and service fees. Choosing to wait over 12 hours doesn't help much. This was for only two bags of bread. There is nothing insta about Instacart. It's more convenient to just do the shopping yourself.
