First of all, I'm pissed that the only option we have to watch our home teams play are through this app AND I have to pay additional for it cuz Xfinity sucks. What happened to home teams being available on local channels?! Second, this app is constantly freezing and crashing. It will freeze and sometimes it comes back but most times we have to close out of the app and go back in for it to start playing again and loading is like dialup! Oh...and the commercial break noises are annoying as hell.

This program is just getting worse. On top of lots of decoder init failures when returning from commercials (at least 80% of the commercial breaks), the program is now experiencing intermittent freezing while live streaming. Of course, the commercials play just fine. Not sure I will be resubscribing if they cannot fix these issues.

I stream this app via Chromecast to my TV from my phone. I don't have much of a buffering problem like other users. My complaint is that if I switch to another app on my phone, for example to answer a text, the Bally Sports casting immediately disconnects. I have to start all over to get back to the game. Other streaming services don't do that, so what's up with that? I would appreciate an answer instead of a generic reply.
