I love the App but I was very dissappointed when my history was just wiped clean on 3 occasions, then backed up to a week before. The problem is my catalogue can't be backed up, it was so much work setting it up. I'm now very sceptical setting my catalogue up again. That is extememly disappointing as it's so convenient to send it to your customers

New features are great, love that we are FINALLY able to edit messages! adding the following features would be even greater 1) A search engine for the catalogue 2) being able to edit/delete the customer labels when creating a new label 3) being able to see the labels when sharing pictures or broadcasting from your gallery 4) please bring back being able to select sections of text to copy it's seriously annoying having to copy the whole message when you just wanna copy a part

I'm unable to view contact status I muted. The muted status section keeps showing blank. Kindly fix this. Cos it's a muted status doesn't implies I won't still check them. Kindly look into this. Apart from that,. Other new modifications are top notch and are business friendly. Especially the status boost feature that enables wider range of visibility for business owners. Would be ready to give it a 5 star if the aforementioned issue is being looked into critically.

What's new

• You can now add notes about your customers directly on WhatsApp. Open a chat with the customer, tap on their name, and tap ‘Add customer notes’ to get started.
• You can now create and send Events in groups. Tap the ‘+’ button and select ‘Event’ to get started.
