Never had a problem with the app before. Now I change device Samsung S24+ and I can't pass the app terms and conditions pop-up window. I won't allow me to close it or even move the image to reach an X or close button. I'm frustrated because I can't use the app. Already did everything that was suggested by the support staff. I uninstall the app, restart the phone, installed it again, nothing work. Hope they can fix it soon.

Another update, another issue. It used to be I could do remote transfers using the mobile app. Not anymore. Which really has me in a bind. My college age kid has rent due, account is getting low, and I can't transfer money to their account. I can't help but wonder if PenFed is actively trying to get rid of members. It would explain the continued problems with their app.

Since the latest update, I cannot do anything with this app. When I try to log in, it brings up the terms. The only thing I can do is read the terms and conditions. Can't accept them. Then when im done reading them again, it still won't let me progress past this screen and log in. So frustrating. I've deleted the app and reloaded is several times but it still doesn't work.
