aggravating ads. No way to block them. Interface gets worse and worse. I check to see where I am on the trip and the trip info slides up to cover the whole screen. I slide it down to look at the map and it slides back up halfway. Then I have to slide it down AGAIN. This happens every time. And sometimes the app won't give me information about a car that's already on the way. It keeps telling me to wait for the driver information but the driver has already arrived. This app is a mess.

Destination was initially fine half way there, It changed on the driver's map. The destination changed in my app as well, placing destination in another town 15 minutes away. Not to mention increasing the charges considerably. No options in app to discuss the error. It's says there's chat, but that's in the driver app. Im the rider ( customer). Really lame service. This has no reflection on the driver. It's Lyft business practices that are in question here.

First: Never rely on this service if you need to get somewhere fast and reliably! Drivers often cancel rides before they get there. The wait time shown in Google maps and on the app is always inaccurate and always shorter than the time you will actually wait. But the drivers are polite and friendly and the company treats them better than Uber does - and you can be sure they're actually getting your tip, not the company!
