I'm holding this app to high standards, bc the Sam's app is their competitor... and it's fantastic! I'm disappointed here. How does this glitchy clunker have 4.7 stars? 1) The search feature didn't work -- kept kicking me back to the homescreen. 2) Finding where to create a new profile should not have been so buried. Most apps walk you through that first thing. This one didn't. 3) Once I got the search feature to work, a few searches in, and I started getting error screens. Hoped for better!

I'm willing to put up with the slow app response and the lack of features but it seems like every time I need to use a feature that requires the app the logged in, I will be logged out and the login page will keep looping. I've switched to a new phone and the issue is there and very intermittent. I stopped relying on the app to get in the store or pull up my membership barcode for checking out.

The pharmacy portion of the app is extremely frustrating to use. It rarely logs me in the first time I try. I usually have to clear the cache (sometimes multiple times) or unistall/re-install every time I try to log into my pharmacy account. It seems to have gotten worse over the last several months. Update. The login page to the pharmacy portion is just looping. No matter what I do. Clearing catche does nothing now. The app is useless. Please fix the app!
