July 10, 2024. The worst streaming experience of my life using this app. A single show buffered 4 times in 3 minutes. That isn't just a poor internet connection it is a poor experience overall. I just wanted to spend my night watching my 2nd favorite series on Disney and it took an hour and a half to watch a 22 minute episode because it refused to load. I even closed the app out and reloaded and still faced the same issues. Please fix whatever is wrong before I cancel my subscription

The Disney+ app is really terrible. We've never been able to use it without incident. Episodes randomly skip ahead or stop completely. EVERY TIME. Casting is the worst. When you cast, your device becomes a remote for the app. There is no "watch next episode" button when casting. When episode is over, it just goes back to the "cast now" screen. What kind of streaming service doesn't want you to keep watching? Netflix, Hulu, Amazon all work flawlessly on our casting system. Disney+ app is a joke.

These ads are very annoying. Trying to watch the Bluey minisodes which are a minute long and I have to deal with ads that last longer then the show itself. Trying to watch other shows and movies are just as bad. Nothing like horrible ad placement to ruin the experience. Video quality is poor, buggy and full of issues on every platform. Not worth the value.
